  • Do you deliver internationally?
    JWG ships domestic and is working on shipping internationally! Stay tuned.
  • What haven’t I received confirmation email?
    Confirmations are typically sent within few minutes of placing your order. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder. Still can't find your confirmation? Not a problem, just send a inquiry to JUMPINGWITHGEE@yahoo.com
  • Can I exchange my order?
    Yes, you will need to ship item back for an exchange. However, there are some return standards and conditions. Please read below for clarification: · Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. · If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued. · Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer. · Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial. · Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial. · Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted. · Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted. · We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, or socks for hygiene reasons. · There is a shipping cost and this cost will be deducted automatically from the product(s) you are returning · If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. · If your return is denied, we will notify you via email.
  • Am I able to make changes to my order?
    If your order has not yet been fulfilled for shipment, we are able to make the changes required. *Please note, we are unable to apply gift cards and discount codes to an order once it is placed, we apologize for any inconvenience.
  • How can I track my order?

    It can take up to 14 business days depending on inventory availability and quantities. If there are any sudden changes to your order, you will be notified.
